  1. Assessment: The first step in Mandi Morgan's Executive Coaching process is to provide an assessment that measures her client's behavior, business acumen, personal competencies, and motivators, along with identifying opportunities for performance improvement. This typically involves gathering feedback from the client's peers, subordinates, and superiors through surveys, interviews, and other methods. This step helps identify specific goals and objectives for the coaching process and personalized action plans.

  2. Coaching: The second step is the coaching phase, where Mandi works one-on-one with her clients to help them develop the skills, competencies, and behaviors needed to achieve their goals. This includes role-playing, feedback sessions, books, videos, and skills-building exercises. Mandi and her client will develop an action plan to change behaviors, and work habits for optimal business and leadership performance.

  3. Evaluation: The final step in the executive coaching process is evaluation.
